All credit card transactions are handled through a PayPal interface. There is a $3.50 online handling fee added to online payments.

Refund Schedule and Registration Policies
REFUNDS: Our refund policy is based on making fiscal decisions relating to fixed guarantees and costs to the conference for attendees during the registration process and when working with the resort for meals and accommodations. Please understand that we must have clear refund policies to keep the cost down for all registrants.
- All refund requests must be made in writing (e-mail or physical letter) before 6 November 2009.
- Refund requests made on 6 November or before will be for the registration amount less a $10 processing fee.
- Institutions may send a one-for-one replacement for the conference; however, the Registration Chair must receive an e-mail from the scheduled registration prior to day, 16 November 2009, notifying us of the registration change. No refund will be given during this period.
POLICIES: Registrants agree to cover the cost of recovery and any legal fees associated with resolving returned checks, credit card chargebacks, or collecting fees or payments due.
